Streambox Support Service Contract Includes:
• Initial configuration and set up of Streambox system
• Operation assistance
• Configuration assistance
• System failure diagnosis
• Software updates upon request or if deemed necessary by Streambox Support
• Waived RMA Processing Fee for all hardware RMA’s ($450 value)
Streambox provides 1-year of product support for your Streambox product.* Support is provided via email or phone correspondence. Streambox Support standard hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 to 18:00 Pacific Time (GMT-8). Streambox also provides emergency 24 hour support or by appointment when requested.
Streambox Support will respond to email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours Monday through Friday excluding observed U.S. Holidays.
Streambox support will attempt to resolve issues over the telephone between hours of 6:00 to 18:00 Pacific Standard Time.
Scheduled After Hours Support
For non-emergency support issues, Streambox Support can arrange time periods outside of standard operating times. This arrangement is most useful for international customers with hours outside US time zones.
Standard operating hours for Streambox Support are 6:00 to 18:00 Pacific Standard Time. Streambox offers after hours support to customers in need of emergency support. This contact must be initiated by telephone by dialing 206-956-0544 and selecting option 5. If a live support representative is not immediately available to answer the call, a voice message must be left and an on-call Streambox Support representative will make best effort to return the call within 3 hours.
Streambox offers 90-days of support for products purchased on an on-line sales promotion.
